New office in Münchenbryggeriet offers the right conditions for an activity-based approach
Home away from home TUI Nordic (formerly Fritidsresor). Around 450 committed employees took part in the journey towards a new digital way of working. The vision was to create new energy with more contact and more spontaneous meetings. Tui was able to keep the fantastic location in the Münchenbryggeriet overlooking the Riddarfjärden thanks to a more efficient and well thought-out floor plan that freed up around 2,000 sqm of space to be sold off.

Tuisgoal was a business-driven office with a variety of different workplaces suitable for the tasks of the future. Large fixed workplaces and fully booked meeting rooms were changed to a business-adapted office where you can choose between classic workplaces, hot desks, silent sofa groups, the café etc - all according to need.
The refurbished and modernised premises now also include a Piazza where people work, eat and meet; a larger gym, more small meeting rooms and many spontaneous spaces for individual or group work.
Now TUI has about 5000m2 of fine spaces that surprise visitors with their calm energy, subdued acoustics and colors and lighting in harmony. Smile!
