One fifth of the plot was allowed to be built on. The result was a small house of 85 square metres. On the sedum roof, there is an upper deck with seating area surrounded by glass, a room with magnificent views. The facade is covered with cedar panels. Cedar acid provides effective protection against growth. Over time, the facade turns grey with dignity and the colour is reminiscent of iron vitriol.
Here we have created an architectural whole - with architecture, landscape, furnishings and lighting. Everything has been thought through and created from the smallest print, to the loose and fixed furnishings. A unique project where Reform was responsible for a turnkey product - from building to interior and lighting design.
